If you find you are having problems getting started with the chord progressions found in 1st Steps the MP3 files found here will help you slowly gain ability through audio files that start at a very slow tempo and slowly speed up. If you find you have extreme problems with playing the chord progressions even at these slower tempos please join the free member's area where there are even slower MP3 of these progressions along with other chording exercises to help you gain ability. Please see the Help files for Chords in the members area for these files.

listen to on line or download.
To play the files on line you must have the proper audio-player plug-ins configured.
If you do you can simply click on a link and it will play. If you want to download
the files do the following:
On a Mac:
Control-Click on the link of your choice and select "Download Link To Disk" from
the pop-up menu that will appear. From there the link will download to your selected
downloads folder on your hard
drive.
On a PC:
Right-Click on the link of your choice and select "Save Link To
Disk" from the pop-up menu that will appear. You may be prompted for a location
to save the file to. Select this location and from there the link will download
to
your
selected
downloads
folder
on
your
hard
